Why does Olee show a range instead of one exact date?
Cycles naturally vary. Olee uses your logged history to provide estimates and uncertainty ranges rather than presenting a date as guaranteed. New, irregular or changing patterns can make estimates less reliable. Olee cannot confirm ovulation or pregnancy and must not be used as contraception.
Why is there no prediction yet?
Olee will not invent a date without a real cycle anchor. Log the start of your current period or add accurate past periods from Calendar. It may take several cycles before the estimate becomes more personalised.
My notification did not arrive
Check that the reminder is enabled in Olee and notifications are allowed in system settings. Battery-saving modes, Focus modes, device restarts, time-zone changes and operating-system scheduling can delay notifications. Olee reminders are helpful prompts, not guaranteed alarms—do not rely on them for time-critical medication.
Where is my information stored?
Your Olee records are stored locally in encrypted databases on your device. There is no Olee account or cloud sync. If you uninstall the app or wipe its data without creating an export first, Core Tattva cannot recover it.
How do export and import work?
Open Me → Your data to export an Olee JSON file or supported portable format. An exported file is no longer protected by Olee, so store and share it carefully. Import is designed for supported Olee and health-data formats; always review imported entries before using estimates.
I forgot my PIN
Olee has no server account or recovery copy that can bypass your PIN. Biometric unlock may work if you previously enabled it and the operating system still permits it. Otherwise, regaining access may require clearing or reinstalling the app, which permanently removes local records. This protects the data from remote recovery but makes your own export especially important.
What does the duress PIN do?
Your real PIN opens your actual records. A configured duress PIN opens a separate, plausible decoy space with its own data. Changes made in the decoy space do not alter your real records. Duress mode is a privacy aid and cannot guarantee personal safety; test it on your device before relying on it.
Why did the disguised icon not change immediately?
Alternate icons are controlled by iOS and Android and can behave differently by device or launcher. Return to the home screen and allow a moment for it to refresh. Some Android launchers cache icons until restarted. The app name may remain visible in system settings or other operating-system surfaces, so icon disguise does not make the installation undiscoverable.
How do I delete everything?
Follow the steps on our data deletion page. Because Olee has no account or server copy, you do not need to submit an email request for remote deletion.
