1. Who we are
Olee is developed by Core Tattva, an independent app studio based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how the Olee mobile app handles information. Questions can be sent to dev@coretattva.com.
2. Information stored by Olee
Depending on what you choose to enter, Olee may store cycle dates and flow, symptoms, mood, lifestyle information, medication reminders and logs, intimacy information, journal notes, profile details, prediction history, notification choices, appearance settings and security preferences.
These records are stored on your device in encrypted databases. The database key is held by the operating system's secure-storage service. You decide which optional fields to use.
3. What we collect or transmit
Olee does not automatically send your cycle or health records to Core Tattva or any third party. We do not sell, rent or use personal or reproductive-health information for advertising. Olee v1 contains no advertising SDK, behavioural analytics SDK or remote crash-reporting SDK.
4. When information can leave Olee
Information leaves Olee only when you deliberately export a file, copy information to the clipboard, create and share a partner QR snapshot, or contact support and choose what to include. After you share it, the recipient, clipboard manager, email app, cloud drive or operating-system share service controls its copy under its own privacy terms. Temporary export files may remain until the operating system clears temporary storage.
5. Permissions
- Notifications: optional and used only for reminders you enable.
- Biometrics: optional and used by the operating system only to unlock Olee.
Olee v1 does not request calendar, microphone, contacts, location, HealthKit, Health Connect, advertising or exact-alarm permission.
6. Retention, backup and deletion
Your records remain on your device until you edit them, use Me → Your data → Delete all data, trigger panic wipe, or uninstall Olee. Olee disables operating-system cloud backup of its app data. We have no server copy and therefore no remote Olee account to delete. See the data deletion instructions.
7. Security
Olee uses encrypted local databases and operating-system secure storage, and offers optional PIN and biometric controls. No technical safeguard can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device software updated, protect your device passcode, and take care when exporting or sharing sensitive information.
8. Children
Olee is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can consent to digital services in your country, use Olee only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
9. Medical information
Olee is a tracking, informational and educational tool—not a medical device. Predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Read the full medical disclaimer.
10. This website and support email
This public website may be hosted by an infrastructure provider that processes ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and delivery. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the information you send. Please do not include cycle records or other sensitive health information in support messages.
11. Changes and contact
