Delete your Olee data

Olee has no account and no server copy of your records. You can permanently erase the app's local data yourself without contacting us.

Delete everything inside Olee

  1. Open Olee and unlock your real profile.
  2. Open Me.
  3. Select Your data.
  4. Select Delete all data.
  5. Read the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.

This removes cycle entries, symptoms, medications, journals, profile information, predictions, notification choices, security settings and other local Olee records. The action cannot be undone.

Panic wipe

If you previously configured Olee's panic-wipe feature, activating it permanently removes protected local records. Treat this as an irreversible emergency action and test your understanding of the feature before depending on it.

Delete by uninstalling

You can also uninstall Olee using the normal iOS or Android app-removal process. This deletes Olee's app container and local records from that device. Olee disables cloud backup of its app data and has no Core Tattva server copy to retain.

Exports and shared copies

Deleting Olee cannot delete copies you previously exported, copied to the clipboard, saved to a cloud drive, sent by email, shared through a QR snapshot, or provided to another person. Delete those copies separately from the app, service, recipient or device that holds them.

Before deleting

If you want to keep a personal copy, export it first from Me → Your data. Exported records are no longer protected by Olee's encrypted storage, so secure them appropriately.
