01 / Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pran, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02 / About Pran

Pran provides guided breathing, custom breathing patterns, mindfulness sessions, reminders, ambient sounds, and personal progress tools for general wellbeing and education.

03 / Health and Safety

Pran is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for a doctor or mental-health professional. Stop a session if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, distressed, or uncomfortable, and seek qualified advice when appropriate. Never practise in water, while driving, or where reduced attention could be unsafe.

04 / Permitted Use

Core Tattva grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pran. You must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

05 / Purchases and App Stores

Any price, subscription, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms will be shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Store billing is governed by the applicable store terms and mandatory consumer law.

06 / Availability and Disclaimer

Pran is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, exact reminder delivery, or suitability for a particular health outcome.

07 / Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Tattva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Pran. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without excluding rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

08 / Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Pran evolves. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
