Pran requires no account and is designed to work offline. Breathing patterns, preferences, reminders, moods, and session history stay on your device.

01 / About Pran

Pran is a guided-breathing and mindfulness app developed by Core Tattva in Sydney, Australia. It offers breathing techniques, custom patterns, guided sessions, reminders, ambient audio, and progress tracking.

02 / Data We Collect

Core Tattva does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal information from Pran. The app has no account, advertising, behavioural analytics, or social-login service.

03 / Information Stored on Your Device

Your custom patterns, session history, mood entries, streaks, preferences, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. They remain there until you delete them, clear the app data, or uninstall Pran.

04 / Permissions

Pran may request notification permission for reminders and may use device audio and haptics during sessions. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in Pran or system settings. Pran does not need contacts, location, camera, or microphone access.

05 / Exports, Backups, and Support

If a future version lets you export or back up data, information leaves Pran only when you choose that action and is then governed by the destination you select. Please do not include private mood or health information when emailing support.

06 / Children's Privacy

Pran is not directed to children under 13. Because Core Tattva receives no app data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

07 / Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when Pran changes. The revised policy and its updated date will be published here before any materially different data practice is introduced.
