YOVA is a personal yoga and wellbeing tool. These terms explain use of the app, your account, and optional Premium subscriptions. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain protected.

These Terms & Conditions apply to YOVA, provided by Core Tattva in Sydney, Australia. By downloading, creating an account, or using YOVA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Contact dev@coretattva.com with questions.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with applicable age requirements. If parental or guardian permission is required where you live, obtain that permission before using an account or making a purchase. Your app store’s terms also apply to downloads and purchases.
What YOVA provides
YOVA provides personal yoga and mindful-movement routines, practice cues, images, available movement videos, preference controls, practice records, and reflections for general wellbeing and education. Recommendations depend on your inputs and the content available in your version of the app.
YOVA is currently coming soon. Website previews are illustrative and do not start a practice or a subscription. Availability of individual features, videos, and store offers may vary by release, platform, and region. A website preview is not a promise that every feature is available immediately.
Practising with care
YOVA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individual clinical assessment. It is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional or an instructor who can assess you directly. If you are unsure whether a movement is appropriate for you, seek qualified advice before practising.
Choose a suitable space and stable equipment, use preferences and exclusions honestly, and stay within your comfort. Stop if a movement causes pain or you feel unwell. You can pause or end a practice; there is no obligation to finish a routine.
Content may include illustrative or virtual demonstrators. It does not provide live observation or correction. Personalised selections cannot guarantee that a routine is suitable for every circumstance or deliver a particular health or fitness outcome.
Your account and records
The account-based app uses sign-in to save preferences, practice history, and reflections. Keep your credentials private and use account information you are entitled to provide. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You remain responsible for the information you choose to record. You retain rights in your own reflections and grant Core Tattva the limited permission needed to store, retrieve, and process them to provide the app. Handling of personal information is explained in the YOVA Privacy Policy.
Free and Premium plans
Planned launch pricing for YOVA Premium is US$12.99/month or US$79.99/year. These proposed prices are in US dollars, may change before launch, and are not a current purchase offer. Your store confirms the final price and applicable terms before you subscribe.
YOVA includes a free experience and one optional Premium tier offered with monthly or annual billing. Both Premium billing options provide the same Premium access. Premium adds available follow-along movement videos and guidance between poses; the released content library determines which videos are available.
The store purchase screen shows the product, full price in your local currency, billing period, and applicable terms before you confirm. Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew for the displayed billing period. Payment is handled by Apple or Google. The website does not process purchases.
Any introductory or free-trial offer depends on your store and eligibility. The offer screen explains the duration and amount payable after the offer ends. Unless cancelled in accordance with the store’s timing requirements, a trial or introductory offer converts to the displayed paid subscription. No trial or price is guaranteed by this website.
Cancellation, restoration, and refunds
Manage or cancel renewal using YOVA’s Manage plan option or the subscription settings in the store where you purchased. Follow the deadline shown by your store, particularly for a trial. Uninstalling YOVA, signing out, deleting practice data, or deleting your YOVA account does not cancel store billing.
After cancelling a paid subscription, access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the store’s handling of refunds or revoked purchases. When Premium ends, your account returns to Free; cancellation alone does not delete your practice records.
Use Restore Purchases in YOVA with the store account used for the original purchase. For refunds, use the relevant store’s request process and contact us if you need help. Store policies do not remove any remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Permitted use and content rights
Core Tattva grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use YOVA for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and any purchase entitlement.
The app, original descriptions, interface, artwork, and other supplied content belong to Core Tattva or its licensors. Except where applicable law permits, you must not copy or redistribute paid content, resell access, bypass purchase or account controls, interfere with service security, impersonate others, or reverse-engineer the app. General yoga concepts and your own reflections are not claimed as Core Tattva’s exclusive property.
Availability and changes
YOVA depends on your device, network, app store, and service providers. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a particular routine, or compatibility with every device. We may update the app, correct content, or temporarily restrict a feature to address reliability or safety concerns.
We will provide notice of material changes where required and respect rights arising from a purchase. If a paid service cannot be supplied as promised, applicable consumer remedies and store processes remain available.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. In Australia, these include rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill.
We do not guarantee a particular wellbeing outcome. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined under applicable law; these terms do not waive liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us if YOVA does not work as promised so we can assess the issue and any remedy.
Closing or restricting an account
You can stop using YOVA and delete practice data or your account using the in-app controls. Cancel any paid subscription separately through your app store. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and any retention that may still be required.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to respond to a material breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not remove applicable consumer or privacy rights.
Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing requires you to give up a right to bring a claim in a court or forum available under applicable law.
Please contact dev@coretattva.com about a concern or dispute so we can try to resolve it. We may update these terms as the app changes, publish a revised date, and give notice or seek agreement where legally required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
