Is YOVA available to download?

YOVA is coming soon to iOS and Android. This page previews the app and planned launch pricing. Download links will be added when available; your store will confirm final local pricing before purchase.

Can I use YOVA without Premium?

Yes. YOVA includes a free image-led practice experience with cues, timers, captions, and a starter video sampler. Premium adds follow-along movement videos and guidance between poses. Modifications and stop guidance are included in both plans.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

Both unlock the same YOVA Premium features. Planned launch pricing is US$12.99/month or US$79.99/year. Monthly renews each month; annual renews each year. These proposed US-dollar prices may change; your app store confirms final local pricing and any eligible introductory offer before purchase.

Will there be a free trial?

Any trial offer and its duration depend on your app store and eligibility. YOVA will show the available offer, renewal price, and billing period in the app before you subscribe. You can also continue with the free plan.

How do I manage or restore Premium?

Use Manage plan in YOVA’s Settings to open subscription management, or manage the subscription through the store where you purchased it. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Cancelling renewal keeps your access until the paid period ends; your practice history and reflections are retained.

Do I need to be flexible or experienced?

YOVA lets you choose your experience level, goals, available time, and movement preferences. You can include the support you use and leave out movements or positions you want to avoid. Your practice starts with those choices.
