01 / Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Itnry, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02 / Planning Information

Itineraries, travel times, availability, prices, opening hours, maps, and recommendations can change or be inaccurate. Confirm important details directly with official sources and providers before travelling.

03 / Bookings and Providers

Activities and travel services may be supplied by independent third parties. Their terms, eligibility rules, cancellation policy, refund policy, and liability provisions apply to each booking. Core Tattva is not the operator of those services unless explicitly stated.

04 / Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, accessibility needs, local laws, safety decisions, and arriving on time. Do not rely on Itnry as an emergency, legal, medical, immigration, or safety service.

05 / Permitted Use

Core Tattva grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Itnry. You must not scrape listings, make fraudulent bookings, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.

06 / Payments and Refunds

Prices and payment terms are shown before booking. Payments and refunds may be processed by an app store, payment processor, or activity provider under its own terms. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

07 / Disclaimer, Liability, and Law

Itnry is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Core Tattva is not liable for third-party cancellations, delays, denied entry, weather, lost reservations, or indirect loss. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

08 / Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Itnry evolves. The current version will be available on this page.
