01 / Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clips AI Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02 / Your Content

You retain ownership of media, project files, prompts, and exports you create or import. You grant only the limited rights needed to process content for features you choose.

03 / Content Responsibilities

You must have permission to use the video, audio, images, music, likenesses, and other material in your projects. Do not create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or non-consensual content.

04 / AI Output

AI-assisted cuts, captions, and effects may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review every output before publishing. You remain responsible for the final edit and its use.

05 / Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

Core Tattva grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. The app, interface, models owned by Core Tattva, and original assets remain protected intellectual property.

06 / Purchases and App Stores

Any subscriptions or purchases will be disclosed before payment and processed under Apple or Google store terms, including their cancellation and refund rules.

07 / Disclaimer, Liability, and Law

The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Core Tattva is not liable for lost projects, missed publication deadlines, third-party claims, or indirect loss. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

08 / Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version will always be published here.
