Super HUMN Help
Training, tracking, and getting unstuck
Need a hand?
Email dev@coretattva.com with your question, your device model, and a screenshot if useful. We usually reply within 2–3 business days.
01 / Which program should I pick?
If you're new to lifting, start with a beginner dumbbell or full-body program. If you have 6+ months of consistent training, intermediate splits (Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, Arnold split) suit you better. Programs marked advanced (5/3/1, powerlifting blocks) assume strong baseline 1RMs. You can switch programs at any time without losing logged data.
02 / How does weight prediction work?
Predicted starting weights come from real-world strength standards mapped across 16 lifts and 15 bodyweight brackets. Enter your bodyweight and a recent honest 1RM (or skip and let Super HUMN suggest a beginner load). The predictor adjusts as you log sessions — the more data, the sharper the suggestions.
03 / PR detection flagged a wrong PR
Super HUMN tracks four PR types — 1RM, Volume, Reps, and Dual. If a PR is incorrect, the underlying log entry is the source of truth: edit the set's weight or reps from the workout history screen and the PR recalculates immediately.
04 / My TDEE looks wrong
TDEE auto-calculates from your bodyweight, age, sex, height, and activity level. Update these in Profile when they change. If you've been actively cutting or bulking, recalibrate every 4–6 weeks because your metabolic adaptation will drift the estimate. The weekly report card flags trends so you can adjust intake or activity.
05 / Recovery status seems too cautious
Recovery uses 48h/72h decay curves on the muscle groups you trained. If you have been lifting consistently for years, you may recover faster than the default curves suggest. Trust your training response over the indicator — it's a guide, not a hard cap.
06 / I lost my data after reinstalling
Super HUMN stores every workout, nutrition entry, body measurement, and PR exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of it. There is no cloud copy. We are exploring an opt-in local backup export for a future release.
07 / Plate calculator shows wrong colours
Super HUMN uses IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) plate colours by default — red 25kg, blue 20kg, yellow 15kg, green 10kg. If you train at a gym with imperial plates, switch to lb mode in Settings and the calculator will show standard US plate values. The colours follow the unit.
08 / Can I add my own exercises?
Yes — create custom exercises from the exercise library, including primary muscle group, equipment, and tier. Your custom exercises participate in volume tracking, recovery, and PR detection just like the built-in ones.
09 / Strength level looks too high or low
Strength levels (Beginner → Elite) come from population-weighted standards for your bodyweight and sex. They reflect your best logged lifts, so if your numbers are old or untested, log a fresh top set to recalibrate. Levels are global per-lift, not per-session.
10 / Is Super HUMN coming to iOS?
Currently Android-only (built with Flutter). An iOS release is on the roadmap but not yet scheduled. If you want to be notified when it ships, email us and we will add you to the launch list.
11 / Bug reports and feature requests
Email is the fastest way. Send a short note to dev@coretattva.com describing what you saw, what you expected, your device model, and Android version. Screenshots and screen recordings help us debug quickly.
12 / Refunds
Refunds for paid downloads are handled by Google Play directly through your account. We cannot issue refunds on their behalf, but we are happy to help troubleshoot anything that is getting in the way.
